The 3D map stays at the centre of the IOC as you move from the destination overview to a particular site. The surrounding panels show metrics and cameras for the selected area, while the legend explains the map colours and action cards identify conditions that need attention. All four roles use this layout; your account and the map's level of detail determine which information appears.
The header
The header stays at the top of the screen. On the left, it identifies the operations centre and current destination, shown here as Shura Island. The centre compass shows the orientation of the 3D map. Beside it, destination-wide readings show wind, sea, air, and air quality; these are shared across all personas. The account menu and clock are on the far right. Open the account menu to check which account is signed in.

The left panel
The left panel shows metrics for your role and the selected location. Its heading identifies both, such as Guest Experience at the Marina. Below it, the analysis window switches between a current snapshot and longer-term trends. In this example the choices are Now, Daily, and Weekly, and the cards are grouped into Pre-Trip, Trip, and After-Trip. Other personas use the same arrangement with the groups and time windows relevant to their work.

The bottom strip
The bottom strip summarises the main metrics for the area on screen. At the destination overview, it shows figures for the whole destination, grouped by theme.

Select a district to see its local figures. The strip adds the district name to the title and updates the metrics, such as the number of stations over capacity, to cover that area.

The map legend
The legend sits at the bottom left of the map. Colours indicate severity, from Critical through to Low and Info, with a live count beside each level. The data-input line below identifies the feed used by the current view and shows whether it is live. Select the chevron to collapse the legend when you need more map space.

The recommended action card
At site level, a recommended-action card appears when a condition needs attention. It includes a status badge, such as Temp Rising, a suggested action, a live camera feed, and the readings that explain the recommendation. Check the feed and readings before responding. The primary button carries out the action, Remind me later defers it, and X dismisses the card. Each persona uses the same pattern with its own triggers and actions.

The CCTV panel
The CCTV panel on the right shows cameras for the selected area, where feeds are available to your role. Its header includes Auto Roaming and Virtual Patrol modes, a location breadcrumb, search, a grid-size selector, and the camera count. Each live tile has a camera name and identifier. Use the bottom controls to page through cameras, change the grid size to fit more or fewer tiles, or search for a camera. Open a tile full-screen for a closer look. Selecting a tile also focuses the map on its location.

Personas and your login
The four persona views are Guest Experience Manager, Operations Manager, Environment Manager, and Marine Operations Manager. Your login is assigned to one of these roles. When you sign in, the metrics, camera feeds, and alerts load for that role. Each persona has its own chapter in this guide.
Navigating map detail
Select a location to see more detail, then zoom out to return to the wider view.
- Start at the wide view for the whole destination.
- Select a district to see its local summary in the bottom strip.
- Select a site to open the close-up view and review any recommended actions.
- Zoom back out, or step up one level at a time.
The layout is shared across roles. Your login determines which metrics, cameras, and alerts you can see.
